      Pros

      The company culture is about caring and work-life balance. And unlike many companies, this is not just lip service.

      Cons

      Quite a few layers of bureaucracy. The gigantic IT department is fragmented and it is difficult to figure out who is responsible for anything technically related. They try to treat every technical need as a "help desk" problem and are not inclined to provide deep solutions.

      Being a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant gives me the flexibility to keep my work and life in balance. I get awesome training and mentoring, and work with sharp, positive women doing something we love. Best of all, I know I'm making a difference in others' lives.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is difficult to be a self-starter! Nobody is going to make you go to work, you have to motivate yourself and make something happen.
