Some staff members are competent and helpful. Not all.

Cons

Schedule is overbooked and they do not listen to the opinions of the providers. You will have no say over the schedule even if patients are more than 15-20 minutes late to their 30 minute appointment. For the volume of work you are doing, you are grossly underpaid.
