Pros

Great staff working on some incredible programs for the local community. They really strive to make continuing education accessible to working parents, by babysitting their children for example, to really encourage participation.

Cons

They don't have a very structured program for student interns so it was challenging to get placed in a role that I wanted to have played, as there were not a lot of options in how we could be involved.

Pros

The cause of the organization is great. They assist minorities with medial services at little to no cost through various programs. This also includes dental and health awareness.

Cons

The pay is very low, they do not give raises unless you are upper management and there is limited growth opportunity.
