Great Organization that really helps the community it serves. Staff truly helps everyone who comes through Mary's Center's doors.

Cons

Not many cons one thing that could be better is to have more team building activities.

Five weeks of PTO (But don't let it fool you... It is almost impossible to schedule time off because you will always be super busy)

Cons

Unclear job expectations, disorganized and minimal structure, minimal guidance, coaching, and appreciation from supervisor, high turnover rate for younger staff while many veteran staff are slightly incompetent
