      Non micro-management environment. Great management support (Natalie, Chris, and definitely Charlie). Awesome team to be a part of overall.

      Great job if you like autonomy and meeting new people everyday

      - You get paid per assignment. - Management keeps increasing the amount of work to be done on each assignment but the pay remains the same - You don't get paid for time spent waiting for assignments which can sometimes be hours at a time because the dispatchers aren't very organized -
