      Your Co worker are willing to help you out and you meet plenty of different people from different backgrounds

      Cons

      Long hours low pay out and not managed for peak performance. Supervisors are rude and offer minimum support. Family time is not their concern. Getting jobs done fast is their main concern but wants you push good customer service.
