      Pros

      Your days are never the same and you are always meeting new and very interesting people.

      Cons

      If you like having a personal life you wont. I wake up and my family is asleep, I come home and my family is asleep. They will tell you about all of this money you can make, sure you CAN make it if you close 5 jobs a day straight out of training. Training is a joke, everything you do will be wrong.

      Great cohesion with techs. Work is usually abundant. On the job training that is paid. They help to get there have tools by doing payroll deductions to cover some tools

      Cons

      I worked for two years Long hours no time off supervisors complain about working late because the job goes over hard to find new workers because most new hires can't pass background checks rate of pay is ok if you are a fast tech Summer's you work 6/1 schedule if work is behind then you may be on 6/1 work schedule for many months or all yr. travel techs who have tools stolen from company vans must pay out of pocket for replacement tools when the company claims it their insurance. Then to make it worse tech is out of state so police don't care to pursue the issue. My case the got a full facial pic of the thief. Supervisors only care about their pods and the bonuses that get for their teams. It something gets damaged at the customer home the tech must take a drug test and then return to work the next day.

      Pros

      Work independently. Get your own van and paid gas. Good money to an extend. 401k Tools are provided to an extend.

      Cons

      Management is nonexistent. Six day work weeks. Management is all about numbers and don't care for employees. No family time. Long days, early mornings.
