Pros

Excellent training program! Management encourages and sets you up for success and molds you to be promotable. Benefits and wages are wonderful. I have never felt so at ease working in a job, which I can honestly say I enjoy & look forward to going to every day. There are so many great things I can say about MasTec.

Cons

You never want to leave work at the end of the day because it doesn't feel like work.

Company Vehicle Company Phone Gas Card Purchase plan for any tool needed. Awesome co-workers, other techs are usually willing to help you.

Cons

The training class is short and when you finish you are expected to know everything about installation. The turnover rate is ridiculous for techs and supervisors. YOU ARE PAID BY THE WORK ORDER/ LINE ITEM!!!! If you only close 1 work order in a day, you are only paid for that work order. Meaning you could make as little at 23 dollars for the day. My advice, learn what you can and move along
