Pros

Take home vehicle, Gas card, company i-pad and phone (for business use only) Benefits are good, Good starting rate of pay. MasTec provides you with a decent tool kit when you start. (drills, ladders, hand tools ext..) Paid training, Travel opportunities, Good place to start if you have no experience in the industry.

Cons

Lots of hours (not really a place to have a family or go to school while working here) expect to work 60-70, hours per week and 6 days a week between May and August. , No room for advancement unless you are personal friends with upper management even if you have the proper verifiable experience. No appreciation except for a t-shirt or coffee mug once per year.
