Cons

I have only been with the company for about a month & I have to say I have not seen ANY red flags or any major issues. I have never been so excited to go to work. This is real....I'm not just saying this. It's like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I'm not working for money at Mastec, but rather have fun meeting people and getting paid for it. Amazing!

management will leave you high and dry while out in the field. PAY IS NOT WHAT WAS QUOTED IN THE INTERVIEW.
