      Thank you for your feedback! Like many businesses shifts are based upon the customer schedules and we do work Saturday shifts – not unlike, retail, hospitality, call center and many other service organizations.

      Pros

      MasTec treat everyone like family. You can contact with anyone and they will get you the support you need etc in a timely fashion. One thing I can say is they do stress the work/life balance for you and your family to maintain a quality of life. They encourage promotion from within and will promote you.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at the moment. Maybe it's because I love what I do and I don't really focus on the negative. Always have the mindset of improving in a positive manner

      Wonderful benefits and family atmosphere. One of the best companies I have ever worked for and has a position for almost everyone and cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Wished benefits started on day 1 but I can understand that challenge.
