      Thank you for your feedback! Like many businesses shifts are based upon the customer schedules and we do work Saturday shifts – not unlike, retail, hospitality, call center and many other service organizations. And our compensation targets enable our techs to optimize their time and maximize earning potential. In essence, the more experience, diligence, effort - the more money you can make. Our technicians prefer this program because it means they get rewarded based on performance, skills and creating independence in their work environment.

      Liars and Cheats

      Pros

      You get DirecTV for cheap. Employee stock purchase at 15% discount.

      Cons

      Pay is piece rate, not hourly. They will assign you to different jobs although you never applied for that particular job. If you apply as a DirecTV technician, you will also be assigned Amazon. Management doesn't care about anything other an sales. You must purchase your own tools beyond the basic tools needed for the job.
