Pros

If you're young and have LOTS of free time and don't mind missing important life events to make money, you'll like it there.

Cons

Oh god, so many horror stories. Let's start from the beginning. I was LIED to during the interview process for starters. I was asked why I was looking for a new job and I told them I was currently working 6am to 11pm 5 days a week. (I WISH that was me exaggerating, but sadly it's true). They responded with, "well here, we work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day". Which was honestly the MAIN reason I agreed to work for them. Fast forward 2 weeks, I'm in Atlanta, GA for training and I find out that the market I will be assigned to, 4 days a week, 10 hrs a day is NOT an option because the market is so busy. Distraught by being lied to before I was even hired, I told myself maybe it won't be THAT bad. I was so wrong. For the next 8 months, I was working 16 hour days, SIX days a week. So even MORE hours than my previous company. Then about 3 months in, I'm in charge of training a new hire, because he's extremely green and I had proven myself to be an asset (despite my obvious unhappiness). First time training the kid, it's revealed to me that he makes $3 more an hour than I did! So I go to my bosses and ask why and if I could get more and they said, 'no because that's what we agreed upon and that's where you'll stay". Then they kicked me out of my new work vehicle and gave it to the new hire and gave me a run down transit without an EZ Pass. Which leads to the next complaint. For the follow 5 months I called in, emailed and texted my corporate office and manager telling them I had no EZ Pass and would no longer be paying the tolls since I was not being reimbursed. I NEVER saw an EZ Pass. Another time, I was supposed to go help out the NJ market for 2 weeks and the weekend I was supposed to go, we had a sever snowstorm. 32 inches of snow. So naturally, in my run down transit, I was not going ANYWHERE. I called my office and told them I would not be able to make it due to weather, I was asked 'why not?" and to send in photos to 'prove' I'm snowed in. When I finally did make my way to NJ (2 days later) I was booked a hotel for 2 weeks, only to discover all my calls where in Delware! An hour closer had I just stayed home. So after the 2nd day I ended up staying home. They GPS'd my vehicle one night and called to ask why I was home and not in NJ I had to explain to them that it was much closer to my house and the hotel was a waste of my time, their gas and their money. Oh and WHILE I was in NJ, I unfortunately had an accident. I was side swiped and had my driver side mirror taken off. Rather than ask if I was okay, they asked 'What's the damage to the truck?". I then spent the next 2 hours going to take a drug test, per protocol. Then I was instructed to go to the NJ office (an hour away) and move my stuff into a new van so I could go continue my work day. Not once did they ask if I was okay, even though I was visibly shaken up. Needless to say, I was 4.5 hours late to my next call, berated by the customer for being so late (apparently no one called them to tell them I had been in an accident) and then got home at about 1am. After I finally left that horrible place, I started working at a decent company and so I called the HR office to roll over my 401k. I was told, they had no record of my employment there, that my employee ID was not in the system and that there was nothing they could do. I was then hung up on. I was so fed up and luckily it wasn't a huge amount lost anyway, so I just let it go. But that was hands down the worst company I've ever worked for. From start to finish. I've left bad reviews before on their FB page and it was removed and I was blocked from commenting.
