If you search for this company on Indeed, it says something about a $1000 dollar bonus, well you don't get the whole thousand dollars, management sucks, all they care about is themselves, the office supervisors are pretty cool but you'll have a lazy one if you work in Cambridge Ohio, I was at the job for 4 months, I liked it at first and I honestly grew to hate it, you don't get enough equipment for the 2 weeks before you can get another pack out with directv equipment, and if you do run out of equipment then you'll have to borrow it from other techs even if their running low, the cellphones are pretty good but if you don't have service at your job then you'll have to drive until you get service, this company pays by the job and depending on how much equipment they have on their order, if you have 3 jobs a day then you'll probably make about 600 every 2 weeks which isn't worth all the work that you put in, this company is a multimillion dollar company but they are penny pinchers, mastec has their hand in just about everything you can think of so please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company

They do not care about their employees at all.
