Great/Helpful Co-workers and Supervisors, lots of hours is pro for some, piece rate so how much you learn and how much effort you invest can make you decent money. Benefits are available as well. Company truck, tools, gas. You meet different people every day

Cons

lots of hours is a con for some, company back end system problems makes easy installs turn into nightmares especially on piece rate.

Company truck, gas card, Headaches, 2 weeks payed vacation when you start

Expected to work from 8am to 10pm for 6 days a week, digital life system has the most back end problems, when you try to bring the issues up to management they basically blow it off, constant outages, training is the biggest joke in the world, your expected to fly out of state for 2 weeks sit in a class room and learn about safety (even tho they don't give a damn about safety), then after those to weeks out of town they will put you in a truck to follow someone around for a week, then you are off on your own after that. They say they provide you with tools, tools they provide don't even help you complete the job, BE PREPARED TO BUY YOUR OWN. they give you no help what so ever, ATT doesn't care about your time, the sales rep will sell the customer on things that they don't even offer, Drive around more then you actually work.....and guess what you dont get payed when your driving around.....

Pros

Lots of overtime available, company paid car and gas, company paid phone and iPad. Four 10 hour shifts and three consecutive days off.

Cons

A lot of driving!!! You must have good time management skills. Pay is based off performance.
