Pros
Working alone and at your own pace.
Cons
You get charged $80 every two weeks to take the company van home. Company cell phone is restricted all the way from messaging to certain apps and is tapped like a surveillance camera. Don't get paid for driving, even if it takes you 1 hr to get to your first job. You must wait several hours on your own time away from home if no work is available until something comes up. You must photograph all your work which can be even more time consuming and submit it from your phone and a senior tech must review it and speak to your customer before you leave each job. You get paid the same amount of money regardless of how long you take to complete it. Warehouse personnel act like the equipment is owned by them and don't always give you what you need to get by the week which leads to making several trips on your own time to get more equipment. They expect you to drive to the warehouse and be there by 6:30 am on your own time once a week for a meeting and once again not get paid till you arrive at your 1st job. If you complete a entire job and customer decides to cancel because they owe money on a previous account you don't get paid for all the work you did. No Saturdays off whatsoever unless you request it weeks in advance and days off are not consecutive. Stay away from this place. Not worth your time.
