      Pros

      I am able to do my job without a lot of oversight. The people I work with are great to be around.

      Cons

      They don't always communicate changes out to the field in a timely fashion. The organization changes don't always seem to make sense. I feel like changes are made at the highest level without asking or thinking about those on the level where it will have the most impact. There aren't a lot of paths for advancement.
