New president just wants to fire remaining old Pacer guys Richard is no longer there

Upper management needs a major house cleaning. There are a few that I would say are good but too many are complacent and "protected" by head office. There is a lot of family and friends hired which created a work environment where the good workers carried the lions share of the work and the lazy family and friends of management. Paychecks were consistently screwed up....you get paid eventually but frequently not on time or short on your hours. Departmentalization created an "us vs. them" mentality between departments which frequently lead to scheduling issues and additional work required by trades. Complaints from the prime contractors even reached the ears of the workers regarding certain project managers that they did not want on their projects but were there anyway and there would be no more work for Pacer. This created issues with work completion as workers realized lay offs were coming so they deliberately slow down. Seemed that the workers who continued to work hard and do their jobs are the first ones that got laid off so family and friends could drag out the paychecks.
