Long history backed by a powerful US company. Fast growth and an appetite for change.

Cons

Culture declining, out with the old in with the new mentality. No training for new salaried staff replacing people with 5-35 years of experience who are constantly being let go by new management.

Nothing for the pros in the company.

A lot of cons.(No development and automation with just saying(no executing), no communication between engineers and production teams, no advancement like 1980 manufacturing system, no safety system (many employees are hurt easily), no directions in the future, etc.)
