The founder/CEO is a dedicated individual with high vision for the company. However, his management style is "dictatorship, intimidation and humiliation" He would like his staff to promote the company and its products but at a personal cost! He promotes an egoistic and arrogant attitude that trickles down to his staff and management personnel. He does not like to be challenged or questioned at all. This attitude becomes prevalent in overall culture and management of the company, causing hard working employees with integrity to become alienated and frustrated. If you are an employee who think you can thrive in this culture, Masimo is a great place to work at! If you can adapt to this culture, it is a good place to work and get experience. If you have integrity and want to do the "right" thing, stay away!!

* CEO is a Narcissist, thinks he is infallible. * CEO is surrounded by yes men. * Made mistake buying sound united (Stereo company)for over a Billion dollars. Missed Q 2 numbers by 200 million. Stock lost 50% of value. * Told employees he did not believe in layoffs. Two week later there were layoffs. * Quotas are ridiculous. There are live 7 different buckets you have to hit. * Quotas go up every year and comp goes down. * Toxic work culture * Benefits are subpar for the industry. * Bottom line is they don't care about you. You are a number and disposable. * Turnover is crazy! Good people leaving all the time due to culture and unrealistic expectation.
