Business in a lot of hospitals

Cons

Little pay you get is not worth it. Toxic employee culture-gossiping, bullying, harassment. Management is clueless on how to manage a team. High turnover because they’ll work you to death and won’t care. Run, don’t walk!!

no opportunities at all, people are afraid to share their opinions, micro-management, many people are sick, 0 motivation to come to work. the work can be done in 4 hours. people people in the team are doing a lot of personal things rather than working. people are hired in whom they know and not what they know. very common.
