Pros

Very little positives at Masimo. Pay is satisfactory, the technology is unique but getting dated. There are some good people there, but those mainly are just there to get buy and will not rock the boat with the few that run the show there.

Cons

Beware of the artificial positive reviews. They are apparently from HR or coached by HR. I heard this was a strategy that was going to be implemented to help offset the many negative reviews of the company. Read them and you can see they are all similar in how they are written. I had no idea how bad it was until I started working there. I left as quickly as I could. Get out as soon as you can, before your skills erode.

You get to work with creative, passionate people who are dedicated to making life-saving, world-changing technologies. If you value helping make the world a better place, then you should consider working at Masimo.

Cons

There are punitive aspects to the culture, but there have been recent efforts put in place to correct some of that. The health benefits are not what you'd expect from a medical device company.
