Pros

You get to work on complex projects, and get a chance to learn a lot as a software engineer. Cafe food is good.

Cons

You'll get burned out easily here. You'll be asked to work overtime very often, and sometimes over the weekends. If you ask for a PTO they make you feel like you're doing something wrong. They make you switch between projects a lot! You are nothing but what they call a "resource" to help get things done.
