The new management under Katie seems pretty lost. Seems like a few members of former management (and Wall Street) agree, as Masimo has had two CTOs resign already.
In addition, with HQ being in Irvine, it seems like salaries and equity have long been outpaced by inflation, as even a mid-level role here will leave you (quite literally) under the poverty line. To add insult to injury, their "subsidized" lunch will cost you ten dollars a day for subpar food, so you're much better off either bringing your own lunch or going out to any of the delectable establishments that Sand Canyon has to offer, as that'll probably cost around the same for much higher quality food.
The insurance premiums are wicked expensive, often running a couple hundred per paycheck (for just one person!), while there's just a measly 3% 401k match to compensate.
