Good place to start and grow if you are willing

Pros

I feel I owe a great deal of my career to the training I received at MASS. I had a manager who willingly trained me in everything I wanted to learn to help my career. I had and have great friends that I met there and worked with, and a large majority of the people are down to earth, real, and nice people. It was a very hard decision to leave, but I felt that I grew as much as I could the 5 years I worked at MASS, and I was ready for the next step in my career.

Cons

As with any company nothing is 100% perfect. I worked in the office environment which is far more lax than the floor. Compensation was very low, but I believe the training I received set me up for making more at a new company. CEO is down to earth and likes to talk to all the employees no matter their position. There are (like other reviews said) some people who are dead weights because they have worked there for so long, and tend to get too comfortable. Benefits are what you would expect out of the 80s, not up to par with other Bay Area companies.

Great company to develop your career

Pros

Room for advancement for stand-out employees in most departments of the Fremont campus Lots of training opportunities and self-learning opportunities available Major management changes seem to be around the corner Relaxed work environment and good work/life balance

Cons

Family-run business with all the quirks that entails Lots of dinosaurs in the office Middle management is completely anemic Wages are about 20% below average

Pros

Nothing. The person who commented before me is lying!!! Its definitely HORRIBLE to work here.

Cons

The company is super corrupt! The owner does not care about the employees! Super cheap and does not compensate shop workers for the work they do. Employees go years without a raise and when they do its a couple of cents or a dollar!
