-Great values -Team Environment -Stress free workplace

Cons

-Compensation is an issue. Employees don't make what they are worth. As a result the company has a hard time retaining staff. -Owners are very hands on with the business, and can be very intense. Can make the employees very uncomfortable at times, as employees hardly ever share the same passion as owners of the business.
