Pros

~ Creates an excellent teamwork environment. ~ Great facility to gain the necessary experience to succeed in industry. ~ You are receiving a minimum 30% commision on massage services. ~ Relatively consistent flow of guest.

Cons

~ Management is misleading regarding pay structure. ~ Poor implementation of day-to-day operations. ~ You have to closely monitor your paychecks. ~ Does not preform reviews/give raises on a regular schedule. ~ You are not paid for everything you do, unless you wind up getting paid minimum wage because you didn't have enough guest. Which is a loosing scenario for you and the retreat. ~ You do not get any sort of compensated for no shows although the company charges a cancellation fee.
