All good in the beginning until you find out how management really is!!!!

Pros

The only good comment I can say is I got along with all of my coworkers which are the LMT's and LSC.

Cons

WOWWWW! U N B E L I V A B L E! Management is horrible. .. do not apply here. Every thing is all good in the beginning until you find out that all LMT'S are 1099 and treated as employees not only that they accuse employees of theft without ANY evidence. Management are so unprofessional that they do individual meetings to have employee's spy one on in other and they spread rumors. They can get really nasty. The owners have no clue or dont care.

Pros

You get paid on time.

Cons

They don't book you on how well you do but by how much the front staff likes you. I always meet goals where most others didn't and I sat around more than half the time. They give you a rule book and then they don't follow it and threaten to fire you if you do something that's showed in the rules. Management and employees have intimate relationships (which could go in the pros category for some) but if you don't sleep around then you get excluded from the click, hence why I want allowed to do things that others were. They will let you go for doing something wrong, then when you prove you did it right they still let you go.
