WONDERFUL team of therapists and Front Desk staff. Teamwork plays a BIG role here, and everyone pitches in and does what needs to be done to make the days great. Discounted services for employees, member rates for employee's +1 guest. Guests are diverse and colorful and generally very sweet. IRA matching. Sign-on bonus for therapists. Training is continual. Liability Insurance reimbursement by SP.

Cons

Lack of work-life balance: my phone rings before and after hours, I'm on call 24/7 it seems. I get emails from the SP after 10pm sometimes. SO MANY MEETINGS... When front desk staff call out, I'm often the one covering, so it's not uncommon to work 60 hours in a week. When covering the desk for the day, I'm taking administrative work home to be completed in a timely manner. Health/Dental/Vision coverage is pricey and very little is paid by employer. Policies and Procedures are rewritten on the fly--operationally and financially-impacting.
