Pros

50% off massages and nothing else

Cons

They SHOVE massage memberships down everyone's throat the second they walk in the building, and if a client has requested to stop being "Presented" too, management doesn't care and will still continue to shove it down their throats, and obviously when they still say no that goes on you as a "No Sale", and if you can't keep a certain percentage of completed sales, they threaten you with your job. Their "WINPC" tactics they use to weasle people into a membership are intrusive and borderline rude. Ex. Someone says that they need to discuss the membership with their partner first, you're supposed to ask them "Well, what do you need to talk to them about??". Like really!?. And if you do manage to make a sale, the commision is miniscule compared to how much they make monthly off their members. If someone buys all 12 months of massages at once which is between $1100 - $1500, they give you a whopping $20 and that's the maximum you can make. Don't even get me started on your other co-workers and managers stealing your sales from you. I hands down had a "prospect" right in front of me, and my manager stepped in to "help" me complete the sale and then took it for herself and didn't say a single word about it, everyone else just shrugged it off " Like yeah, that just happens sometimes". Also Managers are entitled and hardly ever there, rather off on their next vacation. Don't even try to get a promotion, it's all favoritism amongst family members, you gotta be in the "It" crowd to move up anywhere. The amount of people calling in on a daily feeling cheated out of their money because they were lied to about their membership is outrageous. The LC's will say just about anything to get a sale because the pressure is so high. And on top of that, if a client accumulates too many credits and would like to stop their membership, well guess what, most are only given a single month to use those up before they EXPIRE, they're thieves!. Also! If you love being constantly badgered by Managers, Co-workers and even other locations to cover a shift on your day off, then this is a great job for you!

Low Pay and More Work

Pros

The only thing I liked was that they paid us even in the times of COVID-19. I was worried about the financials at that time.

Cons

The pay was lower as compared to the work they expected us to do. I had to work a lot, and my manager was not very supportive or cooperative. I don't have any good memories of workplace.
