Pros

Massage Heights does well in making sure your schedule is never empty and does check in on how everyone is doing which is nice to remain busy and productive at work.

Cons

My issue with them is that they don't communicate enough many days that I was working there during COVID - 19 I was constantly given back to back instead of given time to sanitize, and when my health started acting up I asked them to lighten my schedule they said sure but I got 120 min, 90 min massages despite my health ultimately forcing me to quit from my job.

Pros

Great training program Not hard labour Opportunities to advance but you have to be happy working for 15 and hour for a while

Cons

I was told that id be making more then minimum wage, the interview stated that the commission structure was so good, however I couldn't pay my bills working here. Very admit about pushing people to get onto a program. The terms are locked so you get a lot of angry customers who want to cancel.
