Pros

Dermalogica is a great product line, working with all different types of people (clients and coworkers), continuing education offered, flexible schedule

Cons

Low pay, going all day without a client, supplies never stocked up, expensive uniforms, not the greatest management, front desk and therapist rivalry, having "perfect" sales numbers, facial machine broke a lot, bonus structure is outrageous and always seems to have loop holes, cameras and microphones in the break room (no privacy), high turn over, don't advertise, owners not involved
