Terrible lack of leadership. This company is all about making the owners and executives money. They work the warehouse employees to the bone. When you’re hired they sell you a great story, but it ends up being the exact opposite. They will sell you on paid holidays off and receiving a monthly bonus. You will work EVERY HOLIDAY except for Christmas and Thanksgiving. You will earn your bonus, but they will come up with a ton of excuses on why they’re not going to give it to you. They will make you work mandatory OT 5-6 days a week. They do not care if you have a family or if you have to pick your kids up from day care they will threaten you with losing your job if you don’t stay for mandatory OT. This is a family owned company so the HR department operates however they want and does things very illegally. I could go on and on but this is not a company you want to work for.

Poor Management, lack of organization. you only get promotion if you are close to the manager. They don't take in consideration your effort. And don't waste your time asking for a Salary increase they won't do it. they always says that the company is making enough money.
