While I wouldn’t say there’s a definitive con it would be wonderful to see more frequent performance reviews that directly tie to performance-based salary adjustments. It could further motivate and reward employees for their contributions, enhancing an already great work environment!

Health benefits for 2023 are the best I have ever heard of. Major commitment to employees from leadership. I have deep respect for the owners, they know the business better than anyone and empower employees to do whatever is good for the company. No politics!
