      Good work environment. In the past employee's stay for 20+ years. Some change to this recently that reflects the change in business overall.

      Tends to take on more strategic projects than can fully staff for success.

      Great Company with Big Challenges

      Pros

      Company has been around for 90+ years and the products have a great reputation. People are good to work with. Pay and benefits are good company is willing to invest in safety and cost savings projects

      Cons

      Old company has old equipment, lots to repair and replace. Plant is not in the best neighborhood, but no real issues.
