      I can't think of any good reasons to work for this company.

      Cons

      Poor communication, inexperienced management, minimal pay, bad neighborhood, and unskilled labor force.

      Pros

      Work/life balance, vacation and 401k are good. Health ins is average. Building is nice. Co-workers all seem very happy. Opportunity to broaden skills.

      Cons

      No work remote for IT. Company plan does not seem completely thought out. Planning process for work initiatives is dated.

      Good people, good community, bad management, and bad pay

      -Good co-workers -Long term employees -Lots of knowledge gained

      Cons

      -Under payed for the amount of work done. -No training budget to expand your excellence in the company -Talk of retaining employees but the company never invests the time or money towards them.
