      There are no pros for MasterLock. The company is spinning and will continue to have turnover at the top levels

      Cons

      SentrySafe was a profitable USA company that employed 450 workers is Rochester, NY, once ML purchased SentrySafe, in less than a year ML is moving the operations to Mexico.

      -Good co-workers -Long term employees -Lots of knowledge gained

      Cons

      -Under payed for the amount of work done. -No training budget to expand your excellence in the company -Talk of retaining employees but the company never invests the time or money towards them.

      Pros

      Laid back & friendly culture. Management is very approachable. Lot of growth and hiring. Overall job satisfaction is high - most employees retire out of the organization

      Cons

      Laid back - slow processes, lack of professional culture of a big organization like GE or NWM etc. Small teams.
