      Stable Job and work flow

      Cons

      Management can be toxic and tend to look out only for themselves. Do not like to spend much money at all in improvements, Union Environment that is toxic as well, and very poor neighborhood location, gun shots, robberies.

      Strong brand, significant year over year growth, focus on building a strong culture, big brand with a small company feel, tons of opportunities for people willing to dive in and work hard, competitive compensation, strong commitment from senior leadership to getting in right and improving engagement across all associates

      Cons

      Growing pains related to an old school manufacturing company working to reinvent itself, opportunities for process improvement and increased discipline, transition challenges from a US-based company doing business abroad to a truly global company
