the Pros of working here are very limited. I hang on hoping that things will change.

Cons

The cons of working here are many. when you are a strong employee you get dumped on due to the many who are comfortable in their desks and constantly say, "its not my job"

Compensation and benefits are competitive, there room for advancement at many levels. Work life balance is possible to achieve for most.

Cons

Lots of turnover in recent years. New product development process took on many different forms in a short amount of time, making it difficult to prioritize. Morale seems low overall.
