Very independent workplace where you can work in peace and great healthcare package with benefits and a 401 k program

Cons

Everyone is lazy and you cannot get any pay increase. There seems to be a grey area for almost everything and so the blame game is played a lot. Very childish.

Great Managers in Milwaukee, but the good ones leave.

Cons

The union (UAW) will eventually force the company to move in 2018 when the contract is up. The neighborhood is dangerous.
