      Pros

      I have only been with the company 4 months now and I have loved every minute. It is a very positive and friendly work environment that encourages and helps its employees be educated and be the best at what ever they do . Master Rooter Plumbing does not slouches so everyone here is the cream -of-the-crop when it comes to work ethic, customer service and professionalism.

      Cons

      Their hiring process is in depth interviews ask very specific questions because they look for just the right person that is the best at what they do. This provides the end customer with the best experience, So I guess it's not really a con.

      The friendly and fun atmosphere and the quality of people who work here is what makes Master Plumbing a great pace to work. People know their jobs and do it well. The team work and support found here make it possible for anyone willing to work hard to succeed.

      Cons

      If you're looking to just "have a job" and be an average employee then you might find it difficult to work at Master Plumbing. Everyone here works hard and does their job to the best of their ability, which is well above the industry standard.

      Pros

      Consistent hours with no weekends or evenings unless you specifically request it for overtime. Family business atmosphere where employees are treated with respect and rewarded for their dedication.

      Cons

      Absolutely none. I relocated out of the area or I would have been there until I retired.
