Very few pros, sorry to say. Steady hours for the most part, no real overtime needed, no weekends unless you want to be a "weekend dispatcher."

Lots here, sorry to say. The office culture is horrendous there. Female dominated office, male dominated work force and a tyrannical, hyper masculine boss.
