It's work if that's all that you're looking for!

Cons

Lack of structure, follow up, teamwork and or a clear cut plan! Also was guilty of giving me a floating pay scale from week to week not commensurate with the pay agreed to! Over a month after I no longer work there is when I'm finally received the 2,000 plus dollars it was owed to me!
