Pros

Wonderful Regional Directors. A lot of support in the field from the resorts in which I recruited.

Cons

Director of TA is extremely condescending to her employees. Doesn't take time in the field to see the challenges. Does not listen to new ideas. Puts a lot on her area managers which in turn makes them out to be the bad guys.
