High turn over rate, Hard to move up or be treated honestly due to a lot of corruption and backstabbing to get to the top. Chaos, inexperienced uneducated managers and leaders put in leader positions with No experience and Have No Personal Good Morals, and Good Family Values!! For some reason the Owner of the Company still to this day Cannot Master his own business which I feel will fall apart later on down the road 😁 Hello if you had a brain Owner of MasterCorp Quit hiring illegals !! And passing them through E verify, I saw it with my own 2 eyes when 20 Hondurans who could not speak not even 1 word of English all get hired in one day showing fake documentation and fake social security numbers. I already made a complaint with government agencies and you are being investigated Good Luck HA!!

EVERYTHING. Terrible pay, horrible work environment, if you have a social life or family you'll never see them. They don't not care about religious holidays or illness. They only care that your arms and legs aren't broken so you can clean. They are rasict, if you aren't Spanish, you don't get good rooms. Just an overall terrible conpany. Get away while you can.
