It's all about favoritism,pay is not enough, too much work for one person

I work there close to a year and the pervasive hostile tactics of the company is an outrage and when you report the extreme racial environment the management respond with hostile work environment tactics to try and make you leave,the management has let the workers use racist comments on a daily basis and any reasonable person would find this offensive and even with compelling circumstantial evidence they will turn a blind eye to the formal complaint of racial harassment against them, but the best part of the job was my housekeeping team we work together to make are job fun and we had great rooms and i did not talk down on them like dog like most of the management did, so i hope this help you if you decides to work there ,good luck
