      Employee discount was good

      Cons

      Poor management, poor training, manager belittles and yells at employees in front of other staff members and customers. He walks away and ignores employees questions when he is in a foul mood, difficult environment to work in and learn in when your continually called useless. Very high staff turnover and I now know why.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable individuals work for this company with many years of experience. Strategy is very proactive in the industry. Good experience and lots of hands on learning.

      Cons

      Not a lot of focus made on developing future leaders. Leadership skill development needs to be prioritized at many levels. Culture is very mixed up because of the merger.
