Pros
An extremely lean organization which allowed for a significant amount of work exposure in many areas. There are pockets of employees who know their jobs well and are completely committed to Masterfeeds. The culture of the organization suits these individuals well.
Cons
Many employees are put in positions they are not really qualified for with a minimal amount of training and supervision. The right employees should be more diligently sought after and senior management needs to provide more guidance. The organization is extremely lean, putting a great deal of pressure on employees at all levels. The short sighted approach to managing the organization also contributes to the stress felt at higher levels in the organization. The culture of this organization is not one that sufficiently supports the attainment of any long term strategy.
