Cons

Masters is a very fast paced environment. For some that is a pro, but for some others it could be a con.

Family owned, personable, innovative and DEDICATED. This last one is the big one. Dedicated to the quality of our products, Dedicated to remaining a leader in the industry. Dedicated to the community. And primarily dedicated to the health & well being of its employees.

Cons

As I said above we are an industry leader and this requires great responsibility. That means we expect dedication in our employees. Sometime I think we may expect a little to much.

They don’t care about you. Just that you work to death.

The job does pay well.

Cons

They don’t give you the equipment you need to do your job, don’t listen to your ideas, blame everything on you, HR straight up told us to find a new job if we don’t like it because they are sick of listening to us. You are forced to work every Saturday.
