Starting jobs in the plant are physical, which is great if you're looking to lose weight and get in better shape. Plant staff are good, hard working people.

Cons

Scheduled overtime is understandable during peak production months (August - February), but the company has now extended that period to all year. Unscheduled overtime is used punitively, and used often. Plant workers have been made to work 14 hours (12 hours is suppose to be the limit). All training, meetings, and even work discussions with work supervisors happen during non-production hours (either before or after your shift taking away time from your day and family). Next to no staff development for promotions. If you're a plant worker you can work in the plant and that's about it. Company produced 20 million more pounds of product in 2017 and gave only a .05% raise to plant personnel.

Masters Gallery offers a comprehensive health and wellness program, school tuition reimbursement and many fun activities. They have an excellent environment to work in.

Cons

The pay is low. Lower than the low average for the country. The cost of living is low as well, but even after compensating for that, the pay is not satisfactory..
